How do I change the debt snowball amount?
The debt snowball amount is not something you can change directly; it's a calculated amount. The snowball amount is the difference between your total budget amount minus the sum of your minimum payments. For example, if your total budget is $1,000 and the you have 2 credit cards with a $200 payment each (so $400 total), your debt snowball amount is going to be $600. To change the snowball amount, you would have to change your total budget amount. There are a few places where you can change the budget. The first place is on the My Account page. You can also change it on the Snowball Table page. The snowball amount will also change if you adjust the minimum payments on your debt accounts.
